I am a mother of four children, writing because we are going through extremely difficult circumstances.
I am doing my best to provide safety and basic needs, but I can no longer manage alone.
One of my children has Down syndrome and needs continuous care and medical support.

My little **Abdulrahman**, 5 years old, still needs your support.
He was beginning to speak, but the **trauma of the war** pushed him backwards. He lost the few words he learned, and fear has left him silent most of the time.
He and his brothers are still trying to heal
Abdulrahman needs **speech therapy** and a **rehabilitation center** so he can find his voice again.I write this with a heavy heart…Every bit of support helps bring back a sense of safety to my children.
