Having a real analog landline phone with a cord (even if it nowadays will almost always be Voice over IP with DSL) will soon be THE thing to have for quite some young(er) people. With a special chair next to it for long calls. Why? People want to have dedicated time and a dedicated physical location for that. Mobile phones are only for voice/text messages anyway.
